ADC Catering isn't just about serving food - it's about orchestrating an event. You will experience delicious food, attentive service, and a creative presentation that flows seamlessly together. Whether you need a snack plate for an impromptu meeting or a five-course dinner for a gala awards ceremony, we will suit your occasion and budget.

We have put together a menu that in most cases will meet your needs. However, we know each catering is unique, we can customize a menu that meets all your special requests. Our culinary staff takes great pride in all they do and will ensure that you get the freshest ingredients and the highest quality products available. Each catering will include all required essentials i.e., napkins, utensils, plates, etc. ADC Caterings come with supplies required for the event. Each event is serviced with disposable tableware. Flowers, linen, and china service are available by request for at an additional charge.

If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us to the exact new location to avoid confusion and unnecessary charges.

CATERING POLICIES


ORDERING POLICY

ADC Catering we require all catering orders to be made with 72 hours notice for typical caterings. For large caterings and special events, please make plans and contact us as soon as possible. To ensure we can secure the necessary items for your event, we may need a 2-month notice. All caterings require a PO purchase order number prior to your event. ADC Catering understands that last minute orders occur, and as always, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your catering and event needs. Please place your online orders as early as possible to ensure timely processing. Please place your orders no later than 12:00pm, 3 business days prior. (Some special events and menu requests may require longer notice). After 12:00pm, we cannot guarantee product selection or delivery. Our office hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday, therefore, orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will not be received in our office until Monday morning.


DELIVERY CHARGES

All service is FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise noted. If the event is off-site, delivery charges may apply.


SECURITY

Ordering from ADC Catering is both easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secured server. Our online ordering servers are hosted by CaterTrax, which has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, or altering of the information under our control. We use encryption technology to protect your sensitive personal information stored on our servers and while being transmitted over the Internet. Your information is always stored in this fashion and is never transferred without encryption.


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

We would like 24-hour advance notification of cancellation. We may be able to cancel any orders if we have not start production of the order. If costs are incurred because of your cancellation or food has already been purchased, we will be billing for those costs, not the entire cost of the event. Please call us to cancel any last-minute order. Do not email. Clients must speak directly to one of our catering coordinators, any text message to a staff member or on our voicemail is not a valid cancellation. Any changes or cancelations made prior to the 24 hours can be made on-line by logging into your CaterTrax account. Late order changes may not be fulfilled, it depends on our kitchen schedule that day. Your changes are not confirmed until we have contacted you either by CaterTrax Tracking or a phone call from our event coordinators to confirm your changes.


MODIFY YOUR ORDER

You can modify your order on the CaterTrax website up to 72 hours prior to your event. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the Catering Manager. Our Culinary Team will do their best to modify your order within 72 hours of your event.


SUBSITUTIONS

We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.


PAYMENT TERMS AND GRATUITY


EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

In addition to credit charge payments, ADC Catering will accept your personal or company check in advance or on delivery of order. A 50% deposit for the total estimated bill is due with credit card at time of booking or within one week of booking if paying with cash or check. Balance must be paid in full prior to the event. All checks must be made payable to: American Dining Creations and please mail checks to 124 Metropolitan Park Dr., Liverpool, NY 13088.

MSOE DEPARTMENT ORDERS

All MSOE internal events must have a PO purchase number prior to your event. After your event, you will receive a final invoice, you will have 48 hours to dispute any charges. After 48 hours all undisputed charges will be submitted for payment.

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

ADC catering has developed a special menu exclusively for student organizations. All orders will be available in the café for 30 minutes prior to your event.


SALES TAX

Sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a tax letter with first order.


PRICES

Prices on our menus and website may be subject to change due to market price fluctuation and product availability. Substitutions and additions on any menu will reflect price changes on the final invoice. We recommend clients request a new price quote if there are any additions or substitutions. Price changes may vary.


SERVICE CHARGES

ADC Catering is for the MSOE campus. We do at times accommodate events for other organizations. ADC Catering charges a 15% service fee for all caterings booked to external customers.


ORDER MINIMUMS

ADC Catering does have a requirement to have 12 or more people per catering request. Special accommodations outside of this policy will be reviewed by our catering department as a special request. Service applies.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

ADC Catering requires a final head count confirmation to be made for all events 3 business days advance notice. ADC Catering will prepare food for and bill for the final confirmation guest count. If for some reason you have a last-minute increase in guest, please call and notify us immediately. We will try to accommodate and will bill for additional late additions.


STAFF CHARGES

All events are delivered and setup for self-service. If you should need professional staff to manage your event, the staff rate is $25 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per event. Billing starts at arrival time and ends after buffet /equipments are remove from event. If your event should run longer than anticipated, your invoice will be adjusted.


DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Client’s responsibility is to ensure that the table for setup and any flammable items including our décor material is protected from the heat source of our chafers. If our staff is not hired to be present at client’s event, client will be responsible for the unattended chafing dishes and all of ADC equipment. ADC does not assume or accept any responsibility due to negligence by the client or any attendees of the client’s event that caused any damage as a result. Missing or damaged equipment, décor, place settings, centerpieces, linens, serving utensils, salad bowls will be billed at replacement cost to client. It’s the responsibility of the client to ensure that all ADC Catering properties are present when the driver arrives to pick up. Any item(s) not picked up may incur additional charges if the driver must make an additional trip to client’s location to retrieve the item(s). Equipment/items that are not picked up on the same day requires the same responsibility of the client to ensure that equipment/items are not lost or missing.


FOODBORNE ILLNESS

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs, or unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of food borne illness.


FOOD LEFTOVER POLICY

It is our policy that any leftover food will be discarded after the event. We will leave or pack leftovers that are safe to consume (leftover cookies/brownies and can beverages) if the client requested before hand. We do not recommend serving leftovers after the event as we cannot anticipate how long leftover food has been held at unsafe temperatures, nor are we qualified to evaluate the condition of the leftover food. Under no circumstances can leftover food be given to guests. The client will assume full responsibility for any liability as a result from consuming leftover food after the event.


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

American Dining Creations carries the liquor license for MSOE. All liquor sales must go through ADC. Alcohol sales are only permitted in the following buildings: Grohmann Museum, Grohmann Tower, Diercks Hall, Campus Center, Kern Center, and the Alumni Center. Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited in other buildings on MSOE campus. All events with alcohol must have a bartender and associated fees will be applies.


PRIVACY POLICY

By completing any application/forms on this Web site, you are offering data to ADC Catering that it will keep private and use only as described here. ADC Catering will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information that has been collected through this site, either in the near or distant future, without first contacting you and receiving your explicit permission. Your information on our data base will be used solely by ADC Catering, both to fulfill the service to you as described within the site, and for future correspondence with you. (For example, we might contact you at some future date, to make an offer, or to discuss a past service.) If you wish to be removed from our correspondence lists (to be no longer contacted by us), please let us know by email, and we will honor your request.
